Thank you for visiting and taking steps towards creating the life you truly desire. This page has been designed to give you daily tips that will help you create more abundance in and around you and your life.  This is a safe place to share any questions you may have on how to move pass the past, and only focus on what is important.

Starting Something New...

When we open ourselves up to starting something new, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth. It is in these moments of stepping outside of our comfort zones that we uncover hidden potentials and passions we never knew existed. Embracing new experiences allows us to break free from the limitations we have placed upon ourselves and to explore the endless possibilities that life has to offer. By taking that leap of faith, we open ourselves up to a world of opportunities, and in doing so, we discover happiness.

This weeks tip

How to stop avoiding the things we don't enjoy dealing with.

1. Write down the things you are afraid of, or the things have you been avoiding?

2. Choose the one thing that possess the least amount of threat. Meaning there is no physical harm involved, and it is simply an invisible fear that you have used to help protect yourself from failure, hurt or emotional pain.

3. The one item that you have chosen, write down all the reasons you have been avoiding it.  Embrace your reasons and write down what positive things would happen if you began to work on this item and how it can change your situation for the better.

Now that you have faced this thing honestly and openly you can take steps to remove it from your life and move on to better things.
